There is a new way to work out for the residents of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The newest Orangetheory location is helping locals change their bodies and get healthy in a fun and exciting way. Our top-notch facilities are always clean, and you can be in and out of our workout classes in just over an hour. This means you can maintain your busy schedule while getting healthy.
Interval training is our specialty. It is designed to maintain a person's heart rate in a certain zone. The range is different for each person depending on their experience and goals. During the workout, you will move between three different stations in the gym. Each of these stations has 12 machines, and your instructor will guide on their use. The results are staggering; some people even experience a weight loss of up to 5 pounds a week while utilizing the program.
Our trainers and coaches will meet with you when you join to ascertain your health and body weight goals. After that, they will ensure you are getting the individual attention you need during each class. They'll still do a great job of maintaining the high energy of the group workout at the same time.
Even if you have no experience working out, our gym is a good fit for you. We can work with anyone to meet their fitness goals. Our system can be adapted to fit the needs of anyone, and Orangetheory is always judgement-free.
We are offering a free one-hour trial workout to anyone interested in the revolutionary Orangetheory workout plan. After your workout, you can decide to join at the membership level of your choosing. Each membership is pay-as-you-go on a month-to-month basis. For more information, give our gym in Mt. Juliet a call at (615) 981-3800 or sign up online.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
